Djer was standing in the middle of an abandoned city that was left in ruin...In the background you could hear water running which meant that it was either a lake or a waterfall there...He looked at his opponent infront of him and smirk at the fact that his opponent had to bring along her pet " You need assistance little girl..how pathetic ... Come on " motioning for the girl to come and fight him

[Seven]

Amy laughed to herself. It was funny that this man thought fighting with a bird was pathetic, yet he needed his strength from a devil fruit, because he was too weak to fight for himself. She didn't bother responding, because he was probably too stupid to understand her reasoning. She sighed, watching him motion for her to make the first move. She had no reason to, after all, he was the one who wanted to fight. She stroked her hair, waiting for her foe to either battle, or not. She didn't even want too fight that much, so it made no difference to her.

" Ohhh well...i'll just kill you here and now.. " Djer said smirking while muttering "Doku Doku Armour " creating a thick layer of liquid Scorpion Venom around him as armor...Djer was colored in this purple armour and felt like playing around with Amy and her pet abit before actually killing them..He slowly raised up his hand and gave Amy the middle finger in hopes of provoking her while opening his mouth "Doku Doku Cloud " Breathing out large amounts of his poisonous breathe, creating a fog-like cover in the area. This poisonous fog not only blurs the sight of any opponent caught within but would also weaken Amy and her pet if they were caught in it

Amy sighed, able to tell that this guy either failed at combat entirely, or was just an ass. Probably both. She could clearly kick Djer's ass any day. Hell, DESPAIR could kick Djer's ass. This was getting boring, if he wasn't going to fight seriously. She began to walk away, back to her boat.

Djer had a blank expression on his face and thought in his mind * Does she think this is a game where she can leave anytime...* " Doku Doku Dragon " creating three huge dragons made of Scorpion Venom launching them straight at Amy who had her back turned towards Djer the whole time...Djer was planning on ending this little game since Amy thought of such a disrespectful thing to do such as turning her back to him

[Seven]

Amy smirked. The man was finally taking this fight seriously. She spun around, jumping back and dodging the first dragon with ease. It was rather difficult to dodge the second, but she managed it. The third one hit her straight on, smashing her backwards and sending a chilling numbness through her body. She was paralyzed, but not entirely. She could move her body, but not nearly as fast or as strength full as before. She figured that if she made it to the ocean, the affects of a devil fruit would were off, and she'd be back to normal. She glanced around. The ocean was a few yards away. She wouldn't be able to reach it in time, but she had an idea.
Despair swooped towards her, and picked up her white fedora hat in his beak. He plunged towards the ocean, moving faster in the air, and gathered up a large sum of water inside the hat, filling the hat with water and carrying it back to Amy. He splashed it onto her body, freeing the right half from it's paralysis. While Despair went back to get water for the other half, Amy ran towards Djer. She hung her katana along the ground, building up friction and causing it to catch flame. "Flaming... Blade!"
She wasn't moving all too fast, because half her body was still in a poison stroke, but she used Rapid Fire, jabbing her blade forward in a technique similar to Gatling gun. The blade was lit, so a series of pointed flames were being shot out towards Djer. If it was successful, it would cut his skin, and most likely burn him.
EDIT : As she ran towards him, she hung her head down, careful not to get caught in the poison cloud. Despair, however, seemed to have gotten some of it's affects, and was being slowed down by it.  Despair's vision became foggy, but it was still okay, since he's a bird, so his vision is usually awesome.

Djer wasn't even threatened by Amy's attack, her body was partially moving in slow motion due to the effects of the paralytic poison and the poisonous fog that covered the air...Djer merely jumped into the air above Amy and looked down "Doku Doku Ball " chewing and blowing up some of his poison like bubble gum, spiting the bubble at high speed towards the ground an upon impact, the bubble exploded and releases a cloud of poison gas. The gas acts like tear gas and would cause severe sneezing..The fog was becoming very thick and with this extra cover when Djer landed on the ground he distanced himself from Amy creating 3 more dragons that hovered above him
